Smoked Pork Loin

  For a treat fit for a king, we invite you to try some of our boneless, sugar cured, pork loins.  Cured and smoked in the same slow, unhurried way as our famous hams and bacons.  Some folks call in Canadian bacon.  We call it delicious!

  The smoked Pork Loin is fully cooked, but to bring out the most flavor, may we suggest

  For DINNER, rinse the whole loin with warm water, then wrap in aluminum foil and oven heat for one hour at 325 degrees, then slice and serve.

  For BREAKFAST, slice like thick bacon and skillet grill with or without cooking oil.  These slices can also be broiled. 

   For SANDWICHES, serve the meat cold and very thinly sliced
