To Enjoy A Robertson's Ham or Smoked Turkey to the Fullest

       May we suggest, simply wrap the meat in aluminum foil, place in a shallow pan, and heat at 325 degrees for the appropriate time (see table below).  Remove the Hot Ham or Turkey from the oven and allow the meat to cool to room temperature.  To slice follow our E-Z-1-2-3 steps for slicing Ham or Turkey

   Whole Smoked Ham......2 1/2 to 3 Hours
   Half Smoked Ham.......1 1/2 to 2 Hours
   Whole Boneless Ham....1 1/2 Hours
   Whole Smoked Turkey...1 1/4 Hours
   Turkey Breast.........  1/2 Hour

CAUTION

     A Robertson Ham   Smoked Turkey should be treated with care like other meat products.  To assure that it maintains its high quality, refrigerate when received, for up to 10 days.  For longer storage, seal the ham or turkey, air tight in aluminum foil, or a plastic bag and freeze for up to 4 months.  Should our meat mold from storage, wash the entire piece with warm water and vinegar, rinse and dry
